New Door started as Geronimo Property Management — my mom's firm, built over 35 years in Makati. I grew up in it, got my broker's license 14 years ago, and now run it as New Door. Same family, same neighborhood, same name on the door you actually reach. When you message us, you're messaging me. When someone shows your unit, it's me. When your contract gets drafted, I'm the one reading every line.
That's deliberate. A lot of owners have been burned by agencies that hand their unit to a junior agent and disappear. With 700+ condo transactions a year across Makati, BGC and Mandaluyong, I've kept it personal because that's the part that actually protects your investment — and it's why most of our new owners come from another owner's recommendation.
Outside of real estate, I'm also a licensed commercial pilot. Flying teaches the same thing this work demands: discipline, checklists, and attention to detail.
